AMS is currently providing scheduled overnight maintenance to air carriers at the Piedmont Triad International Airport in Greensboro North Carolina (GSO). Our technicians understand the time constraints of overnight maintenance. Kickoff delays are unacceptable. Our customer’s aircraft must be completed on time with all maintenance log entries completed an hour before departure. Our crew chiefs know how to allocate resources.

AMS crews work in all weather conditions out on the ramp year round. We provides overnight service checks, MEL troubleshooting and clearing, our technicians are Run/Taxi qualified as well as RII so we are able to perform all routine maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting that is required of overnight maintenance.

AMS is also providing on call line maintenance for air carriers and cargo haulers in Greensboro. At Airline Maintenance Service, Inc. we have the equipment and personnel capable of providing the highest quality on call line maintenance for all airlines. Our technicians are airline trained on most of the common airframes including regional jets. All technicians are part of an FAA certified drug testing program and have undergone extensive FBI background checks.

Overnight Scheduled Maintenance and Line Maintenance demands parts availability 24/7. We have the facilities and personnel capable of managing airline parts inventory. Our parts technicians are airline trained and all are certified hazmat shippers. Our facility in GSO currently houses over $1 million in inventory for Envoy Airlines and we provide all logistics services including shipping/receiving/incoming QC/inventory/usage and outgoing shipping for repair or overhaul in accordance with Envoy’s processes and procedures.

We have located our parts warehouse in Air Cargo Building for convenience. Our ability to quickly identify, source and procure parts for our customers’ aircraft is paramount to our success.

Providing maintenance for air carriers is the heart of what AMS does. It’s where we started and it’s what we are passionate about.
