Dear Matt,
Sometimes the most frustrating situations introduce you to great people. That
was certainly the case for us with our recent experience in Tupelo.
Upon landing in Tupelo for a quick en-route top off, we knew we were in
serious need of a good mechanic to troubleshoot a problem with our landing
gear and make some repairs to the plane. After working with Matt and his
team at AMS of Tupelo, we knew we were in good hands. In quick order, the
right parts were sourced, and the plane was back in the air.
We were so impressed by our experience that although we are based in North
Dallas, we are seriously considering sending our planes out to AMS for our
annual inspections. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the team, the
overall responsiveness and professionalism.
